Seeing the Forest for the Treez

MOM’s Director of New Store Openings, Sarah Wells, along with their Chief Operating Officer, conducted an extensive search to find their POS replacement. As veterans of the food and beverage industry, the pair compiled a concise list of criteria, backed by high standards and expectations, to fuel their evaluation process. The operationally-minded duo held demos with at least 7 retail platform providers, scrutinizing features like retail workflows, data quality, automated compliance, inventory management across multiple locations and the ability to support their operation at scale.
